2010 Aristotle Award Call for Nominations. A Call for Nominations for the 2010 Aristotle and Technical Excellence Awards has been issued. Nominations for professors and technologies from all three SRC entities, GRC, FCRP and NRI, are encouraged.

SWAN Professor's Work Included in Nanoscience and Technology: A Collection of Reviews from Nature Journals. Dr. Eric Vogel from UT-Dallas and the SWAN Center was among a select few to be published in this collection of reviews. The Device Research Conference focuses on future devices, very much in line with the NRI mission, and this year they are having a short course on "Spin Transport and Device Physics" which will feature several speakers from NRI.

The 2010 Silicon Nanoelectronics Workshop is a satellite workshop of the 2010 VLSI Symposia sponsored by the IEEE Electron Device Society. Original papers on nanometer-scale devices and technologies which utilize silicon or which are based on silicon substrates are welcome.
